Rize was directed by Photographer / Director David LaChapelle.

It was originally made for BBC4 in England, it generated so much excitement and attention that it was expanded and submitted into the film festival circuit.  Add won tons of awards.

Again, generating so much attention, Lions Gate Films snatched it up and a theatrical release was made. 

The movie came out the summer of 2005 to much acclaim and a star sound man was born.
